Earnings season is in full swing this week, and it's a big one for tech earnings: Microsoft, Alphabet, Meta, Apple, and Amazon are all set to report while investors are nervous that Netflix's disappointing results last week could be a harbinger of things to come for the rest of big tech. Other notable reports come from consumer staples giants Coca-Cola and PepsiCo on Monday and Tuesday, payments titan PayPal on Wednesday, and chipmaker Intel on Thursday.

On the economic front, towards the end of the week, there's inflation data from the Eurozone, Germany and France as well as first-quarter GDP estimates from the US, the Eurozone, France, Germany, Italy and Spain.
