Earnings season is winding down this week, with only about 70 members of the S&P 500 yet to report. But there are still some big companies – particularly outside the US – due to release results. Here are the key events we’ll be monitoring:
Monday Everyone’s favorite meme stock, AMC Entertainment, reports results after the close of US trading.
Tuesday German ZEW economic sentiment index released. Earnings from Coinbase, SoftBank, Munich Re, Flutter Entertainment, Bridgestone, HelloFresh, and FuboTV.
Wednesday US publishes inflation data. Auction of 10-year US government bonds. Earnings from NIO, Clover Health, Coupang, Ebay, Hong Kong Exchanges, Wix, Lordstown Motors, and Commonwealth Bank of Australia.
Thursday UK releases economic growth data. Eurozone publishes industrial production data. Auction of 30-year US government bonds. Earnings from Baidu, Palantir, Disney, Airbnb, China Mobile, Deutsche Telekom, DoorDash, and Foxconn.
Friday Michigan index of US consumer sentiment published. Earnings from Deutsche Wohnen, Sands China, and Fujifilm.
